YES! When learning any new thing, the more time you put towards it in the beginning, the more successful and confident you will be in it. So I do recommend giving it a good effort in the beginning, but I include several timing guides to show how it truly can work for any schedule and season. I also include a traditional yeast option, not just sourdough!
