Organic Sourdough Starter

20 grams dried sourdough starter made from a blend of 100% organic rye flour and 100% organic unbleached bread flour. Dried at peak activity with the highest quality flours to promote a fast activating starter. Comes with instructions to activate. Ready to use within just a few feedings - typically 2-3 days.

All you need to activate is water and unbleached flour. This is enough starter to activate half and save half for back up storage!
