One way to take your sweet rolls NEXT LEVEL this f One way to take your sweet rolls NEXT LEVEL this fall ⬇️⬇️Repeat after me: Caramel. Apple. Pecan. Sticky. Buns.This is the same tried and true dough I use with my cinnamon rolls, but the only difference is a little fun inverted approach to the method…You fill the sweet roll with chopped apples, pecans, and a cinnamon brown sugar mixture, then you cut them and place them in a pan on a bed of a butter sugar mixture. The bottom caramelizes in the oven and for the fun part, you FLIP the pan over and let all that gooey lovin make its way all through the rolls.My recipe gives you super easy steps to follow along! Did you know this?? It may not be totally your fau Did you know this?? It may not be totally your fault when your baked goods come out a little more dry than last time. Ever thought “But I swear last time I baked the cookies for 8 minutes!! What happened??” Could be your oven fluctuating or just not at temp yet.Oven manufacturers actually recommend keeping your oven running longer after the preheated signal before you put baked goods in. Every oven is different. Mine cranks the heat and then takes at least 15 minutes to settle in and get to a steady temp. Yours may be different - it may be running consistently hot or cooler. Having an oven thermometer has been the BEST $5 save in the kitchen.1. I expect to have my oven preheating for at least 15 minutes before putting anything in. 2. Always check the thermometer before putting anything in. 3. Adjust accordingly. If you notice your oven runs 15 degrees hotter, you may want to set it at “315” for a 350 degree recipe.Link is in my bio under favorite products for the oven thermometer I use. Avoid hearing “mom you burnt the rolls again”. 🤦🏼‍♀️ This teeny tweak can be the make or break your next baked good. (Let alone make your life easier! When I bake at the same temp, I know exactly how long bread takes. No more checking it 15 times before taking taking it out.
