How many different kinds of baking chips is too ma How many different kinds of baking chips is too many?? 😬🫣Baking chips are not created equal, and in my opinion they all have a home. The degree of sweetness, the brand, the type (couverture vs compound), the flavor…and knowing when to use them is powerful! The wild mess and like 3 opened bags of the same kind however….maybe not as powerful? 😳I opened this drawer to organize it, but then I made this reel instead and put it on the to do list for tomorrow. ✅ productivity at its finest.

Did you know you can activate dried sourdough star Did you know you can activate dried sourdough starter in just 3 days? Save yourself the 2 weeks of making your own and reactivate some organic starter from my online shop, snag some from a friend, or maybe you have some of your own already you dried yourself!*tip: If the starter feels like it’s slow to grow or not quite hitting double in size after 8-12 hours after that second feeding, feed it one more time using the same ratios (25 g starter, 50 g water, 50 g flour) and double check you’re using unbleached flour and water free of chlorine. Occasionally it can need one more boost!*tip #2: even if you have an active starter, a dried version is always a good idea to keep around. I’ve accidentally used up all my starter in a recipe and was sooo glad I had some preserved starter ready to go again. It also takes the pressure off of feeding your starter if you need to take a baking break, and an easy thoughtful gifting idea too! 👩‍🍳🍞
