Love everything Lo does!! I bought her Sour Dough cookbook awhile back and I have loved the recipes. So far everything I’ve made from it has turned out great. I also love her instagram account and all of her wonderful tips and recipes!!

I feel so blessed to have found this Sourdough cookbook. I’ve been making Sourdough for several years trying so many recipes. None ever came out perfect and always left me overwhelmed searching for new ones. Finally i have been successful making one recipe after the other from this book. All very addictive recipes written in step details all the way to using a thermometer for exact doneness temperature on english muffins. Aside from perfect bread and english muffins, i made the coffee cake, crackers we used for soup, choc chip cookies, pretzels, pizza, best banana bread, sandwich bread. I am on a roll to finish every recipe in this book. So far everything i have made from this book has given me high end delicious addictive results without feeling overwhelmed. On the first recipe i was making, i sent her a Instagram message question that to my surprise she quickly answered as i was assembling my ingredients. Lori is a creative passionate WOW. And now she has added her sourdough donut recipe to the book for anyone who has bought or will buy the book. I just received mine in an email, and can’t wait to make them.
